Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy - QHHT
Questions You May Have
Choosing to experience QHHT® is often accompanied by curiosity—and sometimes a little uncertainty. That's completely natural.
Below are answers to some of the questions I am most often asked. If your question isn't listed here, I invite you to reach out. I'll be happy to answer it.
About the Experience
What is hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a natural state of focused awareness and deep relaxation.
Most of us move in and out of this state every day without realizing it—when we're completely absorbed in a book, watching a film, driving a familiar route, or in those quiet moments just before falling asleep.
During a QHHT session, you are guided into this relaxed state so your attention can shift inward. Rather than becoming less aware, many people describe feeling more aware of their inner experience.
Will I lose control?
No.
One of the biggest misconceptions about hypnosis is that you lose control or become unconscious.
In reality, you remain aware throughout the session. You can speak, ask questions, move if you need to, and end the session at any time.
You are always an active participant in your experience.
Can everyone be hypnotized?
Most people can experience hypnosis.
The key isn't having a special ability—it's simply being willing to relax, follow the guidance, and allow yourself to experience the process.
Like meditation, some people settle into it quickly, while others need a little more time. Every experience unfolds in its own way.
What if I don't see anything?
Not everyone experiences vivid images.
Some people receive emotions, sensations, symbols, words, memories, or simply a quiet inner knowing.
There is no "correct" way to experience QHHT.
What matters is not how the information arrives, but what it helps you understand.
What if I think I'm making it all up?
This is one of the most common questions people ask.
The analytical mind naturally wants to understand and explain what is happening. During the session, it's common to wonder whether your imagination is involved.
Rather than trying to judge or analyze your experience, I encourage you to simply describe whatever comes to you.
Very often, people discover that the information carries meaning or insight they could not have consciously planned.
The goal isn't to prove anything.
The goal is to remain open to whatever your experience has to teach you.
About QHHT®
Do I need to believe in past lives?
No.
People come to QHHT with many different beliefs—and some with none at all.
Some understand their experience as memories of past lives.
Others experience symbolic stories, the language of the subconscious, or another way of accessing deeper wisdom.
You are never asked to adopt a particular belief system.
Your experience is your own, and you are free to interpret it in the way that feels most meaningful to you.
Can I ask about physical symptoms?
Yes.
Many people choose to ask their Higher Self about physical symptoms, emotional challenges, recurring life patterns, or areas where they are seeking greater understanding.
QHHT is intended to support personal insight and self-discovery. It is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment, and any health concerns should continue to be discussed with your healthcare provider.
How many sessions will I need?
For many people, one QHHT session provides meaningful insight and a foundation for lasting reflection.
Some people feel complete after a single session.
Others return months or years later when new questions arise or they feel called to explore another stage of their journey.
There is no schedule to follow.
Trust your own timing.
Before & After Your Session
How long does a session last?
QHHT is an unhurried experience.
A complete session usually lasts between four and six hours. This includes time to get to know one another, discuss your questions and intentions, experience the hypnosis session, communicate with your Higher Self, and reflect afterward.
Will I remember my session?
Most people remember much of what they experience.
Because you are in a deeply relaxed state, some details may naturally fade over time.
Your session will be audio recorded so you can revisit it whenever you wish. Many people discover new insights each time they listen.
What should I do after my session?
Give yourself time.
Healing and understanding often continue long after the session has ended.
If possible, avoid rushing back into a busy schedule. Drink plenty of water, rest if you need to, spend time in nature, journal, or simply allow yourself to reflect on your experience.
Like many meaningful experiences in life, the full significance of a QHHT session often unfolds gradually.
How do I know if now is the right time?
There is no perfect time to begin a journey of self-discovery.
If you feel a genuine curiosity to understand yourself more deeply, explore a question that has stayed with you, or gain a new perspective on your life, it may be the right time.
You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin.
You don't need to know exactly what you will find.
Curiosity is enough.
Sometimes the first step isn't having all the answers.
It's simply being willing to explore the questions.
Still Have Questions?
Every journey begins with curiosity.
If there is something you are wondering about that hasn't been answered here, I encourage you to reach out. I want you to feel informed, comfortable, and supported before your session, and I'm always happy to answer your questions.
