Booking with Intention

Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your session. Because each appointment requires preparation and dedicated time, please review the following deadlines carefully.

Session type:

Online Energy Activation — Full-refund deadline: 15 calendar days; Rescheduling deadline: 48 hours

In-Person Energy Activation—Full-refund deadline: 15 calendar days; Rescheduling deadline: 7 calendar days

In-Person QHHT Session — Full-refund deadline: 21 calendar days; Rescheduling deadline: 15 calendar days

Refunds

Cancellations made by the applicable full-refund deadline are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made after that deadline are non-refundable. However, your payment may be transferred to a new appointment if you request to reschedule by the applicable rescheduling deadline.

Rescheduling

Each booking may be rescheduled once. The new session must take place within 90 days of the original appointment date and is subject to availability.

Requests received after the applicable rescheduling deadline, same-day cancellations, and missed appointments without notice will result in forfeiture of the full payment.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid affecting other appointments. The full session fee will still apply.

If there is not enough time to safely or appropriately conduct the session—particularly for an in-person QHHT appointment—the session may need to be canceled, and the payment will be non-refundable.

If I Need to Cancel

If I need to cancel your session, you may choose to transfer your payment to a new date or receive a full refund.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exceptions may be considered for genuine emergencies, severe weather, or unsafe travel conditions at my discretion.
