Your privacy matters. This policy explains how Emerald Resonance collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you visit this website, contact me, book a service, or participate in an Energy Activation or QHHT session.

Depending on how you interact with the website and services, I may collect:

  • Information submitted through contact or intake forms.

  • Health, wellness, or personal information you voluntarily provide when preparing for a session.

  • Communications between you and the business.

  • QHHT audio recordings.

  • Technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, and website activity.

  • Marketing preferences if you voluntarily subscribe to emails.

Please provide only information that is relevant to your session.

How Your Information Is Used

Your information may be used to:

  • Schedule, prepare for, and provide services.

  • Process payments and administer refunds.

  • Send confirmations, reminders, preparation instructions, and follow-up messages.

  • Respond to questions and requests.

  • Maintain business, tax, and transaction records.

  • Protect the safety, integrity, and security of the website and services.

  • Comply with legal obligations.

  • Send promotional emails only when you have chosen to receive them.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time. Appointment confirmations and other service-related communications are not promotional messages.

Scheduling and Intake Forms

Appointments are scheduled through Acuity Scheduling, a Squarespace service. When you book, information such as your name, email address, phone number, appointment details, and intake-form responses is provided to Squarespace so it can deliver scheduling services.

If text-message reminders are enabled, your phone number may be used to send messages concerning your appointment. Consent to receive marketing messages is not required to purchase or receive a service.

Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe, PayPal, or Venmo. The payment processor collects and handles the information needed to complete your transaction under its own privacy policy.

I do not directly receive or store your complete payment-card number.

Session Information and Recordings

Personal information shared during a private session is treated with care and used only to provide the service, maintain appropriate records, and meet legal obligations.

QHHT Audio Recordings

Audio recording is a standard and necessary part of every QHHT session. The recording allows you to revisit your experience after the session and will be provided to you for your private, personal use.

By booking a QHHT session, you acknowledge and consent to the session being audio-recorded. If you do not consent to audio recording, the QHHT session cannot proceed.

Audio recordings are retained by the business for approximately ninety days after delivery and may then be securely deleted. Once your copy has been delivered, you are responsible for downloading, storing, and protecting it.

Optional Video Recordings

A QHHT session may be video-recorded only with your separate, voluntary consent. Video recording is optional and is not required to receive a QHHT session.

Before any video recording is made, you will be informed of its intended purpose and asked to provide specific permission. Declining video recording will not affect your ability to receive services.

Audio or video recordings will not be published, shared publicly, used in testimonials, social media, advertising, training, or artificial-intelligence development without your additional written permission.

While reasonable care is used to protect recordings, no digital storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

When Information May Be Shared

Personal information may be shared with service providers that help operate the business, including:

  • Squarespace and Acuity Scheduling.

  • Stripe, Paypal, and Venmo

  • Website hosting, email, cloud-storage, and communication providers.

  • Accountants, legal advisers, or other professional advisers when reasonably necessary.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to respond to valid legal proceedings, to protect legal rights, or when reasonably necessary to address an imminent risk of serious harm.

I do not sell your personal information. I do not authorize service providers to use your information for their own unrelated purposes.

Cookies and Website Analytics

This website uses cookies and similar technologies needed for security, navigation, scheduling, checkout, and other essential functions.

With your permission, it may also use analytics or marketing cookies to understand how visitors use the website and improve its content. Your available choices can be managed through the website’s cookie banner or your browser settings.

How Long Information Is Kept

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining transaction and tax records, resolving disputes, and complying with legal obligations.

Unless a longer period is required:

  • Scheduling and intake records are generally retained for six years.

  • QHHT recordings are generally retained for ninety days after delivery.

  • Contact inquiries that do not result in a booking are generally retained for twelve months.

  • Financial and tax records may be retained for the period required by applicable law.

Information may be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed.

Data Security

Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are used to protect personal information. However, no website, email system, digital transmission, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Please avoid sending highly sensitive information through ordinary email unless specifically requested and an appropriate method has been provided.

Your Privacy Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request:
