My Journey

Where science, nature, and spirituality became one path.

Nature has always been my greatest teacher.

Long before I became a scientist, I was drawn to forests and wild places. I was fascinated by the quiet intelligence of nature—how every living organism has its own role, how ecosystems remain in balance through countless interconnected relationships, and how life continually adapts, regenerates, and evolves. Those early experiences shaped not only my career but also the way I understand the world today.

That curiosity led me to study forestry and dedicate nearly three decades to scientific research, teaching, and the exploration of natural systems. Throughout my career, I specialized in the use of remote sensing technologies to better understand, monitor, and quantify vegetation across tropical and temperate ecosystems. I also had the privilege of teaching and mentoring undergraduate and graduate students, sharing not only scientific knowledge but also a deep appreciation for the complexity, resilience, and wisdom found in nature.

The more I studied forests, the more one question continued to inspire me: What allows life to heal, adapt, and thrive?

Over time, that same curiosity expanded beyond the ecosystems I was studying. It led me to explore meditation, altered states of consciousness, energy work, and hypnosis—not as a departure from science, but as a continuation of the same search for understanding.

Although science and spirituality are often seen as separate worlds, I never experienced them that way. Both seek to understand life. Both invite us to observe with curiosity. Both have shaped the way I see healing, growth, and our relationship with the world around us.

One of the greatest lessons nature has taught me is that healing is rarely something we force. Given the right conditions, life naturally moves toward balance. A forest regenerates after a disturbance. An ecosystem finds equilibrium. Growth emerges when the environment supports it.

I believe the same is true for us.

Life experiences can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves, carrying patterns, beliefs, or emotional wounds that no longer serve us. Yet beneath those layers, I believe our natural state remains one of balance, presence, and connection. Healing is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering who we are beneath everything we have accumulated along the way.

That understanding is the foundation of Emerald Resonance.

Whether through Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), Energy Activations, or immersive experiences in nature, my intention is never to tell people who they should become. Instead, I seek to create experiences that encourage curiosity, presence, and reconnection—creating the conditions where healing can unfold naturally, in its own time and in its own way.

Looking back, I no longer see my journey as one path in science followed by another in spirituality. I see a single journey guided by the same curiosity that first drew me into the forest as a child: a desire to understand life, to learn from nature, and to explore the remarkable capacity we all have to heal, grow, and remember our place within the greater whole.

My Approach

We all begin life deeply connected to ourselves.

As children, we naturally experience the world with curiosity, imagination, and a sense of wonder. We know how to be present. We listen to our intuition without questioning it, and we move through life with a sense of openness.

As we grow older, life gradually asks more of us. We build careers, raise families, care for the people we love, and take on responsibilities that naturally become our priority. Little by little, our attention turns outward, and without even realizing it, we can lose touch with that quiet place within ourselves.

I don’t believe that connection is ever truly lost. I believe it simply becomes harder to hear beneath the demands of everyday life.

The experiences I offer are an invitation to pause.

To step away from the noise for a little while.

To reconnect with yourself.

Although each person’s path is uniquely their own, I don’t believe we are meant to navigate life alone. I believe we are here to support one another, to learn from one another, and to share experiences that help us grow. Sometimes, all it takes is an experience that helps us see ourselves—and our lives—from a different perspective.

This is how I understand my role.

I don’t see myself as a guide, nor do I believe anyone else can tell you what your path should look like. My role is simply to offer an experience that creates the opportunity for you to reconnect with yourself. What you discover, what it means, and how it becomes part of your life is yours.

Whether through Energy Activation, QHHT, or time immersed in nature, my hope is always the same: that you leave feeling more connected with yourself, more aligned with who you are, and better able to move through life’s challenges with presence, perspective, and trust in your own inner wisdom.

If that happens, then I believe the experience has served its purpose.
